During a 35 year career in H & S Risk Management exclusively in the pipeline construction industry, Mr. Kinsey has worked on more than forty-seven pipeline projects. He has driven hundreds of thousands of miles on the right of way in every type of terrain and climate, from permafrost in the sub-artic, to the desert sands of the Sahara and to the extreme slopes in the mountains of Western Canada, Turkey and the Caucasus. He has investigated and identified the causes of many hundreds of right of way accidents. He has worked closely with every pipeline industry trade and a multitude of spread men, delivery managers, foremen, safety advisors, inspection staff….. for both the Client and the Contractor. Mr. Kinsey can deliver to your project a level of technical expertise and hazard identification that will identify both your best practices and where any gaps exist. Subsequent implementation of his recommendations will significantly reduce the numbers of accidents and losses on your right of way.
